At BELAAX, we take pride in crafting premium fragrances that embody elegance and distinction. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for unused and unopened BELAAX perfume products.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or tampered perfume bottles.
- Promotional items, samples, or gifts with purchase.
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events.
Exchange Option
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
- Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@belaax.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
