Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Belaax. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy:

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 5–6 business days of order confirmation.
  • As our perfumes are made to order, we begin crafting them especially for you once your order is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.
  • In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you of any significant delays and work to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Terms

  • Belaax and its courier partners will deliver to the address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery may be made to someone other than the named recipient if they appear authorized to accept the shipment.
  • Personal delivery to the recipient is not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on orders above ₹2000.
  • Orders below ₹2000 may incur a delivery fee based on your location, visible at checkout.

Chargeable Weight

Shipping charges are based on the chargeable weight, which is the greater of:

  • Actual weight (rounded up to the next 0.5 or 1 kg)
  • Volumetric weight (rounded similarly)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in select service areas.
  • If your PIN code is outside our delivery network, we’ll offer prepaid shipping via the best available option.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as:

  • Natural calamities, pandemics, floods, heavy rains
  • National bandhs, elections, curfews, traffic jams, festivals
  • Regulated traffic or other logistical challenges

Shipment Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Tracking links become active within 24 hours.

Taxes and Duties

  • Belaax is not responsible for any additional customs, octroi, or state taxes.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • Retain all packaging and damaged items to help us file a claim.

Inspection Rights

  • Our courier partners may inspect shipments at any time, including at the request of authorities.
  • Belaax holds no liability for such inspections.

Proof of Delivery

  • Proof of delivery or alternate documentation can be requested within 90 days of shipment booking.

Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be deemed undeliverable if:

  • The address is incomplete, illegible, or incorrect
  • The recipient refuses delivery or payment
  • The shipment poses a risk to other goods or persons
  • It is detained or cannot clear local/state boundaries
  • COD payment is refused upon delivery

Site Errors

Occasionally, our site may contain errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice, even after an order is placed.

Sustainability

Packaging waste contributes significantly to landfills. We encourage customers to reuse and recycle all packaging materials.

Address Change

If you wish to change your delivery address after order confirmation, a ₹60 fee will apply.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. After three failed attempts, the shipment will be marked as rejected.
